Growth Strategy & District Potential

Highland Valley, British Columbia

Who We Are

Getty Copper is advancing a historically significant asset in British Columbia's Highland Valley, one of Canada's most prolific copper-producing regions. Located adjacent to Teck's Highland Valley Copper operations, the project benefits from excellent infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and year-round operating conditions.

Getty controls approximately 25% of this district, much of which remains underexplored by modern standards. The Company is focused on disciplined execution and targeted drilling to identify higher-grade mineralization within a large-scale system.

01

Exploration Results

Getty's renewed exploration program has delivered significant copper intercepts at Getty North and Getty South, including 342 metres grading 0.50% copper at Getty North and 46 metres grading 1.47% copper within a broader 150-metre interval at Getty South.

02

Exploration Program

Following the completion of 10,807 metres of drilling in Spring 2026, Getty expanded its drilling campaign to over 20,000 metres. The program is focused on following up on recent results, expanding known mineralization, and testing additional exploration targets across the property.

03

Corporate Developments

Getty has strengthened its financial position through a $15 million financing, expanded its project portfolio with the acquisition of the 100%-owned Dot Property, and increased its U.S. market visibility through an upgrade to the OTCQX Best Market.

04

Looking Ahead

With drilling continuing into 2027, Getty is focused on defining the extent of known copper mineralization and evaluating new exploration opportunities. Results from the expanded program are expected to contribute to a planned mineral resource estimate and guide the next phase of exploration.

The Getty Story

A Legacy of Copper Exploration in the Highland Valley

From early high-grade discoveries to modern district-scale exploration, Getty's history is closely tied to the development of one of Canada's most established copper-producing regions.

  1. 1915

    Early Copper Discoveries

Underground development at the Glossie Zone, east of the Getty deposits, produced 21.8 tons of hand-picked ore assaying 12.62% copper, 0.03 oz/t gold, and 2.96 oz/t silver.

  2. 1950s

The Origins of Getty's Land Position

As exploration shifted toward large-tonnage copper deposits, the Lepinski family began assembling mineral claims across the Highland Valley, establishing the foundation of Getty’s land package.

  3. 1962–1967

    A Copper District Takes Shape

Bethlehem entered production in 1962, when Lornex and Highmont were discovered. A 1967 drill intersection of 58 metres grading 0.28% copper marked the discovery of the Valley Copper deposit.

  4. 1970s–1990s

    Defining the Getty Deposits

Extensive drilling and geological work at Getty North (Krain) and Getty South (Trojan–South Seas) identified significant copper mineralization and established the historical exploration database that supports modern programs.

    A Period of Consolidation

Following decades of exploration, Getty entered a period of limited activity while maintaining its mineral interests in the Highland Valley. The historical drilling and geological database remained a foundation for future exploration.

2026

A New Chapter of Exploration

Under new leadership, Getty completed its first significant drilling campaign in approximately three decades, delivering strong copper results at Getty North and Getty South and expanding its exploration program across the property.

2027 & Beyond

Advancing Toward a Mineral Resource Estimate

With drilling continuing into 2027, Getty is focused on expanding known copper mineralization, testing additional exploration targets, and advancing toward a planned mineral resource estimate.
