Getty Copper Inc. is currently exempt from reporting under Canada's Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) and is therefore not required to file annual ESTMA reports.
The Company will continue to assess its reporting obligations in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
